✨ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives looking a little worse for wear, we’ll happily replace it! Just send us an email at hello@confettigiftandparty.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.
🔁 Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If you use our return portal, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Holiday Note: Holiday items must be returned and received by December 15th to be eligible for a refund.
