⏱ Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
🚚 Delivery & Tracking
We ship via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
If you received free shipping at checkout, please note that your order will be shipped via the most economical service available. This may include longer transit times depending on your location.
Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. We recommend using your tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Check your tracking email first—it has the latest info!

Look around your porch, mailbox, garage, or with neighbors—carriers often get creative.

Heads up! Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a day early. If you don’t see it right away, give it one extra day—it usually shows up!

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t panic! It’s likely still in transit. Carriers sometimes don’t scan packages at every stop. In many cases, the next update is when it’s already out for delivery or close to arrival.

🔁 Returned Packages Due to Address Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address entered at checkout, we’ll contact you via email.
You’ll have the option to:

Reship the package (additional shipping charges will apply), or

Receive a refund for the item(s), minus the original shipping cost.
