Orders are processed and leave our hands in 1-3 business days. An estimated delivery date will be provided on the checkout page that includes transit time based on the shipping method you select. Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order has been processed and is ready for the courier. Confetti Gift & Party is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Customer is responsible for additional postage required for reshipment.
Returns
We want you to love what you bought, but if you need to make a return, we’ve got your back. You’ve got 14 days to request a return. Item needs to be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived. Don’t forget the original packaging.
Some items can’t be returned, including: perishable goods, sale items, gift cards, and custom products.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your original order received free shipping, those shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If you need to exchange a product, the replacement will be shipped once the original has been recieved.
