What can you really accomplish in just 10 minutes? That doesn't seem like a lot of time but as busy women that is often all we have. We might as well accept it and make the most of it.  I am sitting down with some inspiring women who I think know exactly how to tackle various areas in our lives that consistantly cause us stress.
